Jason Coupet is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at NC State. Jason’s PhD is in Strategic Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and his BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. His research interests include strategic management, Data Envelopment Analysis, performance measurement, organizational economics, research methods, and the political economy of organizations. He is also a National Science Foundation Mentoring Fellow in Economics at Duke University. His research has appeared in Applied Economics, Business Strategy & the Environment, Administration & Society, and Nonprofit Management & Leadership, among others. His work has been funded by the Institute for Research on Innovation and Science, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, and the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
He also enjoys food, running, weigtlifting, and is a college and pro basketball nut.
